A Space to Reconnect With Yourself—Honestly and Intentionally
Therapy with me is a collaborative space designed for people who are thoughtful, driven, and deeply reflective—yet feel disconnected from themselves somewhere along the way.
My name is Nwaka Isamah, and I’m a Masters level counselor (associate license pending) based in Atlanta, Georgia. I bring together clinical psychology, leadership development, and lived experience to support individuals who are navigating burnout, anxiety, identity shifts, grief, and the quiet question many high achievers carry: “How did I lose myself?”

With over a decade of experience in corporate leadership and mental health advocacy, I understand the invisible pressure of high performance, imposter syndrome, and environments where success is expected—but emotional wellbeing isn’t always supported. My work helps clients slow down, reconnect with who they are beneath expectations, and build a grounded sense of agency in both their personal and professional lives.
I work from a trauma-informed, collaborative, and empowerment-based lens. Therapy with me isn’t about being told what to do—it’s about creating space for insight, clarity, and self-trust to emerge.
Clients often describe our sessions as thought-provoking, grounding, and carefully challenging. I ask meaningful questions, invite curiosity, and support you in making sense of your internal story—so you can move forward with intention rather than pressure.
